Aura

A golden light resides within the center of every soul yearning to burst forth and shine as bright as 10,000 suns. This radiant ball of light is our Aura. Our true nature as pure unadulterated bliss.

When we adopt the pace of nature through the five elements of ether, air, fire, water, and earth we are able to enhance this aura. We are able to increase our auric field and shine bright for everyone we come into contact with along this path of love and light. We are able to live life in its fullest value. A full spectrum of light where our radiance becomes limitless and shines bright to light the way and bring others out of the darkness and into the eternal radiance of pure love.

Ayurveda

The word Ayurveda can be understand when we break it down. In Sanskrit Veda describes knowledge and Ayu describes longevity. So Ayurveda is the path towards longevity through knowledge. Ayurveda is a holistic lifestyle science that incorporates all areas of our life. The practice was cognized by the ancient Rishi’s of India who observed the natural world through meditation and contemplation in order to better understand how we could merge our nature with nature for the purpose of more balance as well as an elevated state of consciousness.

SEASONAL EATS

Optimal health is a lot about balance. Following the rhythm of the seasons is one of the surest ways to find foods that are going to give us the proper energy to sustain us through the day. The easiest way to do this is to start to cultivate relationships with your local farmers and see what they have during each season. The more you get to know these farmers, the more your health will improve. Another way we can start to source seasonal foods is through the colors we observe during each season.

Ritual

Our morning routine shapes the entire rest of our day. Working with the five elements every morning through rituals and self care practices allows us to feel sensations of joy and gratitude throughout our entire day. We are able to observe who nature is always there to support us.

Celery Root Soup

Celeriac or celery root is an wonderful fall vegetable that works really well in a soup. The root of the celery stalk has a richer taste that is similar to other roots like carrots and parsnips. It has a nice sweet flavor that our taste buds crave during the fall and winter months. This soup will keep us grounded, stable, and nourished as we move through fall.

Golden Milk

Perhaps the most supreme of all the plants is turmeric or Haridra in Sanskrit. It’s not so much what it does it’s rather what doesnt it do? It is most widely known for its anti- inflammatory properties. The plant clears the channels through its heating properties while purifying the blood of plaque and other accumulated disease. 

Chai

Ayurvedic tea is a key component of the ancient Ayurvedic holistic healthcare practice, which was developed 5,000 years ago to help people achieve optimal health, energy and balance in life. The term Ayurveda means "the science of life" and is based of the of the five elements found in nature and an individuals relationship with their surroundings.

 

Ayurveda is a system of medicine with historical roots in the Indian subcontinent. Globalized and modernized practices derived from Ayurveda traditions are a type of complementary or alternative medicine. In countries beyond India, Ayurveda therapies and practices have been integrated in general wellness applications and in some cases in medical use.
